As a sales assistant / executive your role will be to build rapport and relationships with buyers and sellers in order to complete property sales transactions. This includes qualifying applicants requirements, matching them to appropriate properties, arranging and conducting viewings and taking offers.
This role is paid on an individual, uncapped commission set-up meaning that the more sales you put together that exchange, the greater your earnings.
We are an independent estate agents with a corporate set-up meaning they offer a fun, sales driven environment which would suit someone ambitious, driven and motivated.
The office has a 'wheel or fortune', where we conduct regular 'power hours' and ring rounds.

Monday - Thursday 8.30 - 17.30 Friday 8.30 17.00 Every other Saturday 9 - 13.00 (For every 3 Saturdays worked you get a day off in lieu) 25 days holiday increasing to 30 with service Basic £17k - 20K OTE £23k - 25k
