My partner and I purchased our first home this year through Holroyds in Bingley, and the service we received was brilliant from start to finish. As first time buyers, we didn't know much about the process, but our mortgage adviser Josh Packham was extremely friendly and helpful, and guided us through the entire process so everything was really simple and easy to understand.
When looking for our house, and then going through the sale process, Fran Arrandale was also brilliant - as well as being extremely responsive over email, we received regular phone updates regarding the sale and all our questions were answered promptly and in detail.
We were also regularly kept up to date with new houses coming onto the market in the area, and our wants and needs for our house were always considered when looking for properties.
Over all, I would highly recommend Holroyds in Bingley, particularly as a first time buyer. We'd like to thank Josh and Fran in particular who made the whole process significantly less stressful than it could have been, and helped the entire sale go smoothly.
