Holroyds is a family owned and operated estate agency, set up to show the Yorkshire property market that not all estate agents are the same. Launched by mother & son Chris and Julie Holroyd in the summer of 2015, we aim to be different and set a new precedent in the housing market. Delivering a proactive approach, not seen in the area before, we make sure we keep you fully informed throughout the whole process.

With over three decades of experience, it’s safe to say that selling houses is all we know. Being brought up in Haworth, the Aire & Worth valley is something we are extremely proud of and having never left the area, who better to promote your property than the Holroyd family?

Chris has run many award winning estate agents over the years, taking each to market leader status and helping in the process thousands of buyers find homes. Studying at Holy family catholic school in Keighley he went into estate agents as soon as he left and has never looked back. He is obsessed in the finer details making sure that every word and photo is perfect and is very competitive. Chris lives in Haworth with his wife Lauren, two children Elsie & Teddy and two dogs Murphy and Dolly. If he is not in the office you can catch him down at Marley playing fields still pretending he can play football.

Julie heads up our customer care team making sure once a buyer for your home is found that a smooth transaction follows next. She also runs HR & Compliance whilst also making key business decisions and offers Chris her invaluable advice and support where needed. Julie has previously ran award winning agents in and around West Yorkshire over the last 22 years. Selling houses has always been her passion which thankfully was passed down to Chris to help create holroyds. Being originally born in Halifax Julie moved over to Keighley and now lives with partner Kevin in East Morton.

Originally from Baildon, Ben started his career back in 2011 and quickly won many individual awards with other award winning agents and has been with Holroyds since it began, playing a key role in making Keighley a success. Ben runs our Bingley office and With a keen focus on customer service Ben has been known to go above and beyond to ensure your house sale or purchase is as smooth and efficient as possible. When he is not at work he will be most likely wine and fine dining his fiancée Jess or taking his dog Coco on long country walks.

Tony has over 20 years experience in the field of mortgages and protection services, working both as a mortgage broker and mortgages adviser for a number of years. Born and bred in the Bradford Metropolitan district he lives in Queensbury with his partner Maria and five (yes 5) children and can be seen walking his dog Charlie the Westie on many a country walk or you might even be lucky (or unlucky) enough to see him out and about on his bike trying and failing to get fit !

Having several years of customer service experience she is one of the most organised people we have ever met and is a very important member of our team. Gemma resides locally in Long Lee and when she is not at work she enjoys family days out with her family and watching Liverpool FC.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her partner and family. Naomi is a volunteer with the Sea Cadets as an instructer and enjoys the water activities such as sailing and diving.
