Megan joined Brown & Merry as Lettings Branch Manager in Chesham in 2016 where she successfully developed her team and achieved record breaking results year on year. This has led to her promotion to our Watford Office in 2019 where she has already achieved record breaking results. Megan is passionate about getting her landlords the best possible price whilst making sure she delivers a fantastic service to both her tenants and her landlords.

Sean joined Brown & Merry in 2017 as our Trainee Sales Negotiator. Through his consistent 5 star performance and results, Sean quickly progressed to become a Senior Sales Negotiator. He is now our Sales Lister/Valuer, who has shown he has fantastic attention to detail. What's more, with being born and raised in Watford and Bushey, he is an expert in the local area and both the house buying or selling process. Sean takes great pride in the service he delivers.

Great Team of Agents

We used Brown & Merry for the first time and it was a great experience. Tony and his team kept us well informed, they returned calls on time and most importantly sold the Bungalow. In fact from instructing them to exchange of contracts was only three weeks. We would definitely use them again and recommend them as well.

Very simple process.

The process was kept very simple and throughout the application my monthly repayment dropped with new rates being released. Loren passed this saving onto me immediately.
