I recently bought a house marketed by Allen and Harris, Wells office. I found everyone there to be responsive and helpful to my enquiries and proactive in moving my purchase along. Daisy and Ollie were great - always polite, good listeners and got back to me in good time. I felt my house purchase was in good hands throughout and I was very happy with their proffessionalism and service. (The gift box of discount vouchers and tea on completion was also a lovely and useful touch - very much appreviated!)
Jakob has been our mortgage advisor for our current house move and his communication and flexibility have been second to none. He made the whole process as stress-free as can be and genuinely works hard to find the best mortgage offers available at the time. His efforts are much appreciated.

Lisa from Allen & Harris in Irvine has been excellent from start to finish. I was a first time buyer and she’s made what can be such a stressful process so straight forward. The service that was offered was not just a typical mortgage broker. Any houses we wanted to see, Lisa would contact the estate agent and arrange a viewing straight away. Likewise for any we wanted to offer on, Lisa would discuss with me first using her experience what the best offer would be for my circumstances and the property and engage in negotiation if required. There was never any delay and nothing was too much of an ask. Highly recommend Lisa and I will 100% be using her services again. Thanks for all your help.

From start to finish throughout the process Lisa could not have done enough for us. Lisa was so welcoming from the first time we met her and put us at ease and talked us through everything. Lisa was happy to work around any personal commitments we had as well our work patterns and we can't praise Lisa highly enough for the professionalism and excellent customer service. We would have no hesitation in recommending Lisa and Allen and Harris to family and friends.
