I’ve had a really positive experience so far with Louie’s mortgage services at William H Brown. He’s been incredibly friendly, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. No question has ever felt like too much trouble, and he’s taken the time to explain things clearly whenever I’ve needed it.
Although my mortgage application hasn’t been approved yet, everything up to this stage has been handled smoothly and professionally. Louie has been very supportive throughout the process, keeping me informed and making what can be a stressful experience feel much more manageable.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service so far and would definitely recommend Louie to anyone looking for helpful and reliable mortgage advice.

James Penfold has been a brilliant help throughout the journey of arranging a mortgage. He has been in regular contact, checking with me at every stage that I am comfortable with the proposal and fees. He has managed to find me a mortgage where I am paying £50 a month less than I originally thought, and even with a cashback offer from the bank, so I couldn't recommend James highly enough.
Always extremely helpful and friendly when giving out all the information needed with everything that comes with a mortgage. Also always tries to give you the best options possible for whatever your situation is

From the very beginning, everyone in William H Brown Braintree were friendly and welcoming whether that be in person or over the phone. Nick was so incredibly helpful, putting any of my worries aside or explaining things to me in a way that helped me stop stressing quite as much. Throughout the entire process, he was a fantastic support and a listening ear when things were stressful and nothing was ever too much to ask, even though it probably was at times. I cannot thank Nick enough for his calm attitude, friendliness and personability, as well as his professionalism throughout. He kept my head above water when things felt endless and stressful.
Brilliant service provided by Haaris Alam. Kept us up-to-date at every stage and gave useful advice.
