We offer FREE property valuations led by Appraiser Nathan Reid. He will visit you to discuss all aspects of your property needs including how we will market your home. We advertise all of our properties on the "Big 2" Rightmove & Zoopla. We also offer marketing packages including professional photography, floorplans and EPCs (subject to charge). For your legal needs we are connected to a network of excellent home conveyancing services.

Our Branch Manager, Helena Greig works closely with the entire team providing over 20 years of experience and guidance. Sales NegotiatorsTess, Emily and Hannah will gain the buyers you need or find the home you're looking for. We have an in-branch Mortgage Consultant, Georgina who will advise you on any mortgage questions you may have including first time buys, re-mortgaging, moving costs and buy to let. She also offers a tailored ‘Help to Find' service if you're still looking for your dream home; this targets your favourite areas finding you what you want!

Mortgage Services Partner
Georgina started with Jones and Chapman Wallasey branch in 2017 as a Sales negotiator, and progressed to Mortgage consultant in 2019. She has worked her way up extremely quickly and was promoted in February 2022 to Mortgage Services Manager. Georgina loves helping buyers in all situations, and will spend extra time explaining the process to first time buyer and first time sellers answering all of the questions right from the start of the process.
