He has worked in property in both the new build sector and the luxury property market for nearly 20 years in a variety of locations within the UK and Europe. At any given time he manages in excess of 30 active new home sites, varying in size from smaller developments to multi-phase sites with 100+ units. Professional, Friendly, Efficent Service Offered Face to Face

Tyler at William H Brown in Lowestoft was brilliant - me and my husband required some unexpected borrowing and we reached out to Tyler to explore our options. It was great we could meet him face to face in the branch. He was friendly, personable, informative without too much jargon and very efficient. He was able to look at our existing mortgage and work out the best deal for our situation - we felt that we were able to make an informed decision. He was organised with asking and obtaining documents so that applications could be made promptly - without a need to keep coming back to us for additional things which made the process smooth. We have been kept up to date with phone calls and emails - the most involved we have felt with a process involving our own finances for quite some time. Any questions we have or clarification we seek - we have not been made to feel needy and had in a timely fashion with the option to delve in deeper for more extensive explanations if required. We will be returning due to the great service we have had.

Me and my wife wanted to explore options of additional borrowing. Tyler has been straightforward and informative with the options available to us. Once decided, he has got our application in quickly - ensuring to ask for relevant documents prior to this to ensure no additional chase ups/clarification which made the process efficient and easy.
