our Enfield branch Barnfields Estate Agents has been one of the leading residential estate agencies in Enfield and the local area for over 35 years. Elliot has worked for the Sequence group for 7 years and is close to becoming a fully qualified RICS Surveyor and as part of his experience for this, actively assists with valuation reports on behalf of Land Owner, Developer and Registered Provider clients nationwide. Elliot is also responsible for carrying out development appraisals, advising on site considerations, planning strategy and policy, disposals and acquisitions throughout our Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and North London network.

The team at Barnfields together with the broker Tony Georgiou, and Juno solicitors, have been superb from day 1. Vicky was great, showing us a wonderful property with our offer accepted promptly. Tony discussed a range of options with us, providing great advice, and securing the best rate and funding for us, including insurance products. Property completed in 9 weeks.
