Exceptional service ethos

I sold my flat in Battersea just over a year ago intending to downsize but stay in the area. I couldn’t find anything before completing on my sale so kind friends let me stay in an empty ex-rental they own in West Sussex. I spent nearly a year looking for another flat in Battersea, during which time I met many different agents from various agencies – most were lovely people, some were outstanding, but none compared to the Battersea Barnard Marcus team. The service and kindness I have received from them have been exceptional – and I am happy to say, that with their help I am now the proud owner of a new home! This is the more exceptional because I am not their client; I am a buyer. I am taking this opportunity to give them an unsolicited review, and once again thank Radhika, Milo, Rhea, Jill (in New Malden) and Russell – and anyone else at the Battersea office whom I didn’t interact with but may have helped with the process. Whether you are selling or buying, I can’t recommend this team highly enough.

Michael Adjekum is Highly Recommended!

My mortgage was arranged by Michael Adjekum at the Barnard Marcus Clapham Junction office and the service I received as a first-time buyer was outstanding!

Micheal ensured that I understood all the legal jargon, went through the processes step-by-step, answered all of my questions, reassured me (as this was all new to me), was always available in-person or by phone if I had any questions, and most importantly, he was there for me every step of the way from starting the initial mortgage application, to the final step of my application being being confirmed.

After the mortgage was completed/agreed, I was reassured that I can drop by anytime if I should require any additional mortgage related support. Michael provided a first class service and I would recommend Barnard Marcus' in-house mortgage service to anyone wishing to by a property.
